Merry Christmas from Gate 3:16 Outreach Centre

Gate 3:16 Outreach Centre
Thanks everyone for their support!

The Board, Staff and Clients of Gate 3:16 Outreach Centre would like to thank all those who were instrumental in helping the Gate in our transition to our new Location.

We would like to thank:

Our Real Estate Agent: Roger Bouma – for his many months of patience and dedicated service in looking and helping us secure our new location.

Sheila Perresult who connected us to this new location.

Our past Mayor John Henry and present Mayor Dan Carter – for their help with the zoning issues we faced.

Our new Landlord – Colin Quinlan – for accepting us as a tenant so there can be a place out of the cold for those who are struggling in our community.

Those who helped store our belongings while closed in the summer: Kevin Duivesteyn, Ron Wallace and Harmony Road Baptist Church.

Those who stepped up to the plate in serving extra meals for the people who would normally access the Gate – Back Door Mission, and New Life Church.

Those who helped move us out of the old location and into the new location: Kevin Duivesteyn, helpers at the Gate and Kevin Verkuyl and his crew.

Those churches, organizations and individuals who have donated food and Christmas gifts to the Gate to help fill our cupboards and give gifts of encouragement and love to the people.

Those churches and individuals who have given monetary gifts whether through our Food Fancy Program or otherwise, to help keep the Gate running.

Those who have been busy renovating the Gate, putting in counter tops, showers, electrical, plumbing, and office space – Kevin Duivesteyn, Keven Verkuyl, John, Conrad Levesque and our electrical guy who got supplies donated from John Monterio of Monterio Electric.

So, thank you everyone, for helping make our transition a success. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Blessed New Year.
